Learning Profiles

I think that I learn best when, I have something to play around with in my hands when I listen. Only because for some reason it helps me listen, otherwise my mind shuts downs. Or maybe when I am drawing something, that's the one of the two ways I learn. To learn I can't just sit down and listen, I have to do it myself. If I make a huge mistake I just correct it, if I make more mistakes I just correct it again. Until it becomes a habit, but by that time I would have already learned how to do what I didn't do correctly.
I need to sit with other people everyday, so that I can know who I work best with. Or else I would sit with someone who I just can't get along with. Or just can't stop talking to. If I do sit with the same person, I won't really be able to learn anything at all. Unless, of course that was the people I know I work best with.
The strategies that would help with learning, are probably sitting with other people everyday, having something to hold, or play around with while I'm listening. Most of the time, I listen to music when working at home, it helps me focus on one thing somehow, and expanding on the fact that I need to play around with something when I'm listening, just proves I have to move around (captain obvious?). And because of that I can't really listen. Speaking of which, in my old school, my teachers always got angry for having to draw or play around with a marker or pen while they were talking. Or having to turn to the left to take everything in.
I would like the teachers to know this about me, obviously I wrote that it's impossible for me to stay still and listen. Sometimes I won't play around with things because I am used to people being angry with me when "I didn't listen" but actually I was. I want teachers to know that I often start side conversations with other people, and those conversations are about the subject, not anything else. So don't get angry, I am probably asking a question about what you say.
So please don't get angry with me when I play around with anything or draw, it's how I listen.
